For Jenniffer Firpo, that journey began on the sunlit shores of the Dominican Republic, where the warmth of family and community fostered her authentic creativity. From an early age, Jenniffer envisioned a life filled with ideas, purpose, and the power to inspire others through her voice and presence. Jenniffer earned her BA in Advertising and Design and quickly rose to Senior Account Manager, leading campaigns for major brands like Rockefeller Group, Footlocker, and The Weather Channel. Seeking a new challenge, she launched her own agency, JVsion Advertising, transforming it into a digital platform that offers coaching and marketing services to a global clientele. Since 2010, Jenniffer has guided businesses worldwide, earning a reputation as a respected marketing executive. But she suddenly discovered that the road to success is rarely a straight path.

Jenniffer’s story is one of resilience, a testament to the challenges that so many immigrants face when arriving in the United States. She came with ambition, talent, and the desire to continue her education. Yet, as a young immigrant, she encountered walls that threatened to block her dreams. Denied access to financial aid, forced to pay out of pocket, and unable to convalidate her credits from the Dominican university she had attended, Jenniffer had to start from scratch. Working in a factory and as a medical assistant, she could have easily given up. But she didn’t.

She knew her story wasn’t just about survival—it was about finding One Pathway toward thriving.

She built One Pathway as a beacon of hope for immigrants with legal status in the U.S., helping them navigate the complexities of education, career opportunities, and personal growth. But at its core, One Pathway carries a deeper mission: to uplift and empower Dominican youth, inspiring them to dream beyond borders while nurturing a deep pride in their heritage.

One Pathway emphasizes the importance of higher education as a foundation for success, encouraging Dominican youth to pursue degrees that not only open doors in the U.S. but also equip them with the skills to contribute meaningfully back home. Whether it's helping them convalidate their credits, guiding them toward study abroad opportunities, or encouraging them to harness their talents locally, One Pathway ensures that their future is not confined to one path.
